Helix Energy Partners evaluated the condition of the existing mechanical systems at the Athena-Weston middle and high school and prepared construction cost estimates for HVAC replacement; total 50,000 square feet.

Systems included:

-Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRF) systems

-Rooftop gas/DX air handlers and Dedicated Outside Air Systems (DOAS)

-VAV terminal units with electric reheat
