Renovation and New Construction: Commissioning services for renovation of Ashland High School HVAC upgrades and new Gymnasium and classroom spaces.

• 2 New central condensing boilers and tie in with existing primary/secondary hydronics

• 3 New condensing boilers for gymnasium/classrooms/offices

• Condensing hot water heater w/ domestic hot water circulation system

• New air cooled chiller and tie in with existing hydronics

• Multiple exhaust fans, pumps, and convectors

• 2 Locker room heat recovery units with run around loop

• 6 Multizone VAV air handling units

• 7 Constant volume air handling units

• 2 Variable air volume air handling units with associated terminal boxes

• 2 Split system heat pumps

• 3 Forced air furnaces

• Emergency generator

• Full DDC Building Automation System
